Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Abeely or any of its surfaces (iOS, Android, Telegram Mini App, WhatsApp, website) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Abeely is a reverse marketplace connecting customers with local service providers. We are not a party to any agreement reached between customer and provider and do not provide services ourselves.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+, hold a valid Saudi mobile number, and be authorized to act on your own behalf or for the entity you register.
4. Account and security
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for protecting your phone number and verification codes. Do not share them.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud or policy violations.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Post offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate others or manipulate offers and ratings.
- Use the service unlawfully or contrary to Saudi anti-cybercrime law.
- Attempt to breach or abuse our APIs.
6. Plans and pricing
The paid subscription is for service providers and grants expanded features inside the platform for the subscription period. Final prices:
- Free — no charge, with daily caps (3 offers per day, one store).
- PRO monthly — 99 SAR for 30 days.
- PRO yearly — 999 SAR for 365 days.
These are the final amounts; nothing is added at checkout. VAT is not currently charged because we are below the mandatory registration threshold. If registration becomes required, we will disclose it before applying it.
The subscription grants access to the platform only. No digital code, card, voucher, or stored value is delivered. It is tied to your account and is not transferable or resellable.
7. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway, and card details are entered on the gateway's own page. We never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access to PRO ends when the paid period expires and your account returns to the free tier unless you renew yourself. We do not store your payment method and will never charge you without you starting the transaction.
Access begins as soon as payment is confirmed. If you are charged and the features are not active within an hour, contact us and we will either activate them or refund you.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation: stop at any time by not renewing. There is no cancellation fee, and your PRO access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds: you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Send your request through the contact channels in section 13 with the transaction number; the amount is returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days depending on your card issuer.
After 7 days the remaining period is not refundable, as the service has been provided. Your statutory right of withdrawal under the Saudi E-Commerce Law remains available in the cases that law provides for.
If the service suffers a material outage caused by us, the affected period is either extended or refunded, at your choice.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant the quality of third-party services and are not liable for disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Abeely is not a party to the transaction between a customer and a provider, does not receive its price, and holds no funds on anyone's behalf. The only amount we collect is the platform subscription fee owed to us directly. Payment for the service or vehicle itself happens between the two parties outside the platform and at their own responsibility.
10. Intellectual property
All rights in the app, brand, and platform belong to Abeely. Content you post remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate the service.
11. Changes and termination
We may revise these Terms with in-app notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. If you hold an active paid subscription and we terminate your account for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, the remaining period is refunded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations — and disputes are handled by the competent authorities in Riyadh.
